Our founders, Mike Tipton and Destiny Tipton have been married for 17 years and together for 19! Tip and the "IceMan" Brandon Cohn have been working together for years, having developed a natural on-air chemistry that audiences relate to. Since the launch of Fire and Ice in 2018, we have been dedicated to providing a platform for aspiring sports broadcasters and producing quality content in the process.
